The Biohack Diaries
A decade’s journey of trying it on myself first
I wrote this the way I would explain it to someone sitting across from me. Ten years of taking things myself before anyone else was offered them, what I was told to expect, what I actually felt, and the parts that did nothing at all. It is one person’s account, not a protocol.
What is inside
The book is 101 pages in three parts. Part one is stem cells — the IV programmes, joints, skin and face, hair, what the day itself is like, the safety questions people ask me, and the people I have met. Part two is the peptides I have used, one chapter each, including the ones I stopped. Part three is NAD+ and the rest — the drips, plasma, placenta extract, exosomes, and the things people ask about before IVF. At the back there is a list of what I was given to read, so you can look at the same material I did.
What it is not
Nothing in here is a promise of a result. Everyone is different, and a doctor has to assess you before anything is decided. If a chapter makes you think of a question, that question is better asked out loud than answered by a book.
If you would rather read a single topic than the whole book, the Healthspan Library has each treatment on its own page. Or message me on WhatsApp.
