Exosome IV
Exosome IV is an intravenous infusion of cell-free vesicles from mesenchymal stem cells, with about 250 billion particles per session. It is a modern regenerative treatment designed to support rejuvenation, healthy aging, inflammation control and tissue recovery, all without live cells.
Regenerative medicine has advanced rapidly in recent years, and stem cell therapy and exosome therapy have emerged as front-runners in helping to slow the effects of aging, repair damaged tissues, restore vitality and improve quality of life. Exosome IV works with the body's natural repair processes at the cellular level. It is physician-guided, laboratory-produced and infection-screened, and suitable for adults seeking wellness optimization and recovery support.
What it is and how it works
Exosomes are tiny messenger vesicles (about 30–150 nm) that are naturally released by mesenchymal stem cells (MSC-exosomes). Think of them as molecular messengers: they carry growth factors, cytokines, peptides, RNA and other proteins that help cells communicate, and they instruct other cells to repair, regenerate or calm inflammation.
Unlike stem cell therapy, exosome therapy does not introduce live cells into the body. It delivers only the signaling molecules that help support the body's natural healing and recovery processes. Exosomes do not contain DNA and do not replicate in the body.
Our product is laboratory-purified MSC-derived exosomes, produced under controlled conditions and screened for infectious contamination.
How exosomes are usually produced
Many laboratories stimulate stem cells with stress-inducing techniques such as hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) or serum starvation, to force the cells to release more exosomes. These stress-based methods may reduce cellular stability and alter the biological quality of the exosomes produced.
Some systems use genetic modification (such as MYC gene activation) to increase exosome release. Although effective, this may theoretically increase the risk of abnormal cellular behavior and long-term biological uncertainty.
The extraction approach we use
Gentle, non-invasive stimulation. The stem cells are encouraged to release exosomes gently, without being placed under excessive stress. This results in more stable, biologically natural exosomes.
Early-passage cells. Exosomes are collected from early-passage stem cells (passage 2–4), a stage at which the cells still have strong regenerative properties and have not deteriorated through repeated replication.
Regenerative content. The exosomes produced contain cytokines and signaling proteins with anti-inflammatory and regenerative potential.
Controlled processing. All processing steps are carried out under controlled laboratory quality systems, with pathogen screening and safety oversight.
For you as a patient, this approach:
Reduces the risks associated with harsh or stress-based production methods
Produces high-stability, clinically reliable exosomes
Puts safety and biological integrity first
Helps preserve the natural healing signals found in healthy stem cell communication
Supports anti-inflammatory balance and tissue repair
Stem cells and exosomes: the key differences
Live cells: stem cell therapy contains live cells; exosome therapy does not.
Replication in the body: stem cells replicate temporarily; exosomes do not.
Main action: stem cells work through tissue regeneration and immunomodulation; exosomes work through communication and signaling between cells.
Typical uses: stem cells are often chosen for joint pain, lung disease and chronic inflammation; exosomes for skin and hair rejuvenation, cellular signaling and inflammation control.
Treatment complexity: stem cell therapy involves more preparation and aftercare; exosome therapy is a simple outpatient treatment.
Stem cell and exosome therapies are not competitors; they are complementary tools in the regenerative toolbox. The right choice depends on your body, your goals and the expertise of the doctor guiding you.
What it is for
Exosome IV supports rejuvenation and recovery, without live cells. Research suggests MSC-exosomes may:
Support tissue repair and cellular regeneration
Modulate inflammation
Support immune balance
Support vascular and neural healing environments
Promote recovery from wear-and-tear and age-related decline
Patients commonly report benefits such as improved vitality, sleep quality, recovery, skin health and mobility, and reduced chronic discomfort. Some patients report better energy, mood and physical performance. Individual responses vary.
Exosome IV may support healthy aging by reducing inflammation and improving cellular recovery. It supports wellness; it is not a cure for disease and not a replacement for conventional medical care.
Who it is for
Exosome IV may be considered for adults who want support with:
Healthy aging
Chronic inflammation or fatigue
Degenerative or long-standing conditions
Recovery after illness or stress
Joint, nerve or tissue degeneration
General wellness maintenance
Exosome therapy is often preferred by patients who:
Want a low-risk, non-cellular therapy with no live cell content
Prefer a lighter protocol, quick recovery and fewer medical evaluations
Are looking for a complement to other regenerative or aesthetic treatments
It may also be used alongside other regenerative therapies, as your doctor recommends.
Who should not have it
Exosome IV is not recommended for:
Patients with active cancer
Autoimmune diseases (for example, SLE)
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active infection or high fever
Severe allergic reactions currently present
Patients taking strong immunosuppressive medication
Medical screening by your doctor is required before treatment.
The treatment
A session takes 60 minutes.
Consultation and screening. Your doctor reviews your medical history, current health and goals at an in-person consultation to make sure the treatment is suitable and safe for you. In general, no laboratory tests are required before treatment; your doctor will tell you if your situation calls for any.
Preparation. Each treatment contains about 250 billion MSC-exosome particles, prepared under controlled laboratory conditions and infection-screened before clinical use. The exosomes are diluted with saline; the fluid volume is set by your doctor's order to suit your individual needs and is generally about 150 ml.
The infusion. The exosomes are given as a sterile intravenous infusion (IV drip) under physician supervision, in a licensed medical clinic.
Treatment frequency and duration are personalized. Most programs involve 1–3 sessions, depending on your goals, but the number of sessions is always set by your doctor after an in-person assessment.
Several treatments can be combined on the same day, as your doctor advises. Exosome IV can be combined with vitamin drips or NAD+ IV, but timing is important, and your doctor may recommend spacing certain infusions. Many patients also combine stem cell and exosome therapies to target inflammation and surface regeneration, for example IV stem cells with an exosome facial.
